Halloween!

Halloween this weekend "yay!" I cant wait. I ordered my costume last week online and I'm suppose to get it today. I'm very excited. I'm going to be a Shop-A-Holic. The costume is very nice! It's a pink dress with black checkers, a pink and black purse with attached puppy head in it, small hat, black boa, credit card necklace, and three fake credit cards to carry.

Hard/bad times.

When am going through hard times or just having a bad day. I try to entertain myself by doing fun stuff like drawing/coloring, going outside, playing Frisbee, going for a walk (if sunny day). If I can't do that I call my sister and talk to her. It helps me a lot sometimes. If that doesn't work I'm in a very bad attitude all day. It's very annoying. I try my best not to have a very bad attitude when I'm going through times like that. I think nobody should be dealing with my bad attitude.

Make-up

My favorite subject would be Cosmetology. I like make up so much I wouldn't be able to be with out it. I really liked the class Cosmetology at McKay because it's all about what I enjoy. Colors, hair, nails, make-up, and just everything. I love Cosmetology.

Helping others.

What I've learned out of class is how to help others. At home I'm always helping my boyfriend's younger siblings. They always ask me to help them with their homework, read to them, or if they need anything in general. I enjoy helping them because at the same time I can be learning something as well.

Influenced

I do think some friends I had influenced me. My ex close friend Karla influenced me a lot because ever since I started hanging out with her I started going out late, partying a lot, and making dumb decisions. But at that time I didn't think there was anything wrong with that. I just thought of it as having a good time with friends. I didn't even notice I was changing or being influenced by her. Some of my other friends would tell me "Karla is influencing you. She's brain washing you." I would just say "No, no. Whatever!" And since the beginning I knew she wasn't a good friend. I thought she was going to change. After my other friends started telling me all that stuff I started thinking and I told myself I need friends that are going to be good for me not friends that are going to mess up my life. I stopped talking to Karla and I wasn't going out like I was when I was hanging out with her. I'm very happy with who I'm now and am very glad I stopped talking to her. It's so weird because I was and have only been influenced by her. I think sometimes you can be influenced by friends without even knowing.

Yesterday.

My day yesterday was a lot of fun because my boyfriend had his day off work. In the after noon he brought me to class and after he picked me up we went to subway to eat. Then we went for a walk to the bridge that crosses to the Wallace park. We were there for a while. I was very happy that I was spending time with him because we don't get to spend a lot of time together even though we live together. After our walk we headed home. For dinner we went to Yans Tereyaki in Monmouth (the food was alright). Yesterday was a very fun day!

Privilege

A privilege that I had earned when I was living with my mother. I was to be able to go out with my friends, parties, clubs or just anywhere I would want. My mom trusts me a lot. I really enjoyed having a privilege like that. It taught me how to take care of myself, find out who were my true friends, and how to be independent. I'am just glad I had a privilege like that.

Good worker

To be a good worker I think the people should be able to get along with others or at least try to. People should be respectful to them self and others. They should try to do the best they can at work. They dress appropriate to work. They do what they are told. They are always on time. They try to always have a good attitude. Things like this can probably help to be a good worker.

My pets!

I have had seven pets during my eighteen years of life. The first one was a puppy. He was so cute and small. I don't remember what kind of dog it was. The second pet was a fish. It was red and very nice. I had it for five years but one day it was just dead. The third pet was a male chihuahua puppy. I liked that puppy a lot. I named him Chico. I had him for about three to four months. At the same time I had two white bunnies, and a little frog. The frog died a month later. After the frog I had three birds. They died like the third day after I got them. My last pet was a very cute brown small hamster. The hamster died a month later. I showered the hamster when I was playing with him. I spiked up his hair with gel and hair spray. It looked very cute. But the next day in the morning when I woke up to see him he was dead. I think it was because what I had done to him. I don't really want to own any kind of pet right now. I feel it would die like all the other ones I've had. But I do love animals.

My weekend

My weekend starts tomorrow. October 14, 2010 it's my boyfriend's birthday. I'm getting him some balloons and a cake to say happy birthday. Friday it's my best guy friend's birthday. My boyfriend, some friends, and I are going out to Red Robbin's for dinner with the birthday boy. Saturday we're going to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. His family is doing his birthday with his cousin. It's going to be a lot of fun, a lot of people, and a lot of food. I'm looking forward to my weekend!

Corn mace

Last Saturday some friends and I went to a haunted corn mace at Setnickers Farm in Independence. It was so scary! It was thirteen of us. Ten minuets into the corn mace we ended up being groups of four or less. We were in the corn mace lost for about an hour and a half. While we were in there we heard a chainsaw, scary stuff popping out of the corn mace, people dressed in black would jump out of nowhere, it was very dark, and you could feel something grabbing your legs. I thought we were never going to get out. It was a big corn mace. at the end when we found each other it was a lot of fun, but the corn mace was too scary for me. I would not go back to a haunted corn mace.

Oregon

What I like about Oregon is that it's very green. I like the trees, flowers, grass, and how it rains and then the sun comes out. I also think that Oregon is a good place to live. I really like it in Oregon. I've lived here all my life. I like living in Oregon beacuse most of my family lives here, and you don't have to pay tax for everything you buy. If anyone would ask me about Oregon I would say "you would love it!". I love living in Oregon.

INTRODUCTION

My name is Jennifer Carrillo. I like to dance, always have a fun time, hang out with my boyfriend, family, friends, and listen to music. I like to eat a lot of sweets and only drink Pepsi or dark soda. I like to laugh, smile, meet new people, (only people that are nice with a good attitude) and do new stuff. I like saying "OMG" a lot. Sometimes I'm slow at things, space out, and sometimes if am talking about something I change the subject out of nowhere. I can be loud or quiet at times. This is just a little about my life.

Future job.

In the future I would like to work as a cosmetologist. I like doing everything a cosmetologist does. I think that's a good way to meet new people and experience new stuff. I love everything that has to do with make up, nails, and hair - just everything. My aunt graduated from cosmetology school. I know a lot of stuff that has to do with cosmetology and some I learned from her. I think it would be a lot of fun to be a cosmetologist.

Home Sweet Home

I live with my boyfriend and his family. The house is average four bedroom, one bathroom, medium kitchen, and a medium living room. Seven people live in the house, three kids and four adults. We all hang out in the living room or around the computer area playing games. When it's hot we go outside and play outdoor games. My boyfriend works most of the time so does his dad. Most of the time is just his mom, siblings and I. We all get along really well. It's always very loud at home. The kids are always yelling, fighting for the controler, fighting for the computer, or that one hit the other. It's crazy! My boyfriend's younger cousin sometimes comes home after school to hang out at home. Then we take her and my boyfriend's younger sister to soccer practice. This is how we live at home.
